PM Naya Pakistan Housing Program
The Government of Pakistan started a replacement / Naya Pakistan Housing Program to assist the citizens by providing them with new houses. PM Imran Khan promised the general public about this housing scheme; now, the govt has started performing on it. Thus, The depository financial institution of Pakistan announced the markup rates to supply affordable loans under the Housing Program.

If anyone wants to shop for or build a house, then he/she can get loans from any nearby bank under the govt of Pakistan. All commercial banks are providing low markup finance schemes for housing.
Types of Projects:
There are 03 parameters for the project schemes such as:
- Tier 1 (Naya Pakistan development Authority, NPHDA)
- Tier 2 (Non-NPHDA/Single Housing/Unit)
- Tier 3 (Non-NPHDA/Single Housing/Unit)

- Tier 1 (Naya Pakistan development Authority, NPHDA)
Under this, the structure of the housing unit et al. are going to be as:
- Size of Housing Unit
Up to 125 square yards (05 marlas) with covered areas of up to 850 square feet
- Max. prize of Housing Unit is PKR 3.5 Million
- Max. Loan Size is PKR 2.7 Million
- Subsidy Profit/Mark up Rate

Up to 125 square yards (05 marlas) with covered areas of up to 850 square feet
- Max. prize of Housing Unit is PKR 3.5 Million
- Max. Loan Size is PKR 3.0 Million
- Subsidy Profit/Mark up Rate
5% for the primary 05 years, 07% for subsequent 05 years, and 01 years KIBOR+400 BPS for a period exceeding ten years
- Tier 3 (Non-NPHDA/Single Housing/Unit)
- Size of Housing Unit is
More than 125 square yards and up to 250 square yards (10 Marla) or covered area from quite 850 square feet to 1,100 square feet.
- Max. prize of Housing Unit is PKR 6.0 Million
- Max. Loan Size is PKR 5.0 Million
- Subsidy Profit/Mark up Rate is
7% for the primary 05 years, 9% for subsequent 05 years, and 01 years KIBOR+400 BPS for a period exceeding ten years
Eligibility Criteria to use for PM Naya Pakistan Housing Program:
- All Pakistani Men/Women having Valid CNIC
- Required min. Monthly income: Rs 25000/-
- A candidate can get a subsidized house loan under this scheme just one occasion .
- Age limit: 25-60 years
